It’s a real sewer outside, stay indoors!

We love a good gimmick as much as the next guy, but this one’s well worth a shout out.

Stumbled across by accident, we’ve found a doormat designed to reflect sewer manhole covers, and by golly they look authentic.

24 inches wide (that’s 60cm for the metric lovers among you), there’s definitely plenty of space for even the biggest of clodhoppers to wipe their tootsies on.

To be used indoors and out, this nifty, thrifty (that’s right it’s 25 bucks) doormat is environmentally friendly too as it’s made from 100% recycled rubber.

It’s a more conventionally shaped doormat, but still does its bit for the green count as it’s made entirely out of plastic bottles.
